The Emerald Ball

The Emerald Ball officially begins our parade season. It takes place the first Saturday in February. It is a semi-formal event with dinner, dancing, entertainment and raffles.  At the Emerald Ball the Parade Grand Marshal is introduced and receives his special sash.

We are proud to announce that Mr. Gerard (Gerry) McVicker is our 2010 Grand Marshal.

Gerry is very active in the Irish Community and in many Irish Organizations. He is an accomplished musician and is a memeber of the renowned Irish group- The Glen Folk.
